About the Role

Are you a driven technician who is passionate about ensuring that mission-critical systems operate optimally? Then this is the role for you! We are looking for an engaged individual who wants to help ensure that our systems for ventilation, heating, machine and tool cooling, humidification, and compressed air are functioning at their best.

In this role, your daily work will be characterized by a mix of operational and strategic tasks. You will handle both routine tasks and urgent actions, lead projects, and be heavily involved in various development projects. You will have a team of two people but no personnel responsibility.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Maintenance planning for central systems and properties
• Project management for modernizing existing systems or installing new systems
• Inspection of equipment and systems and reporting to meet legal and regulatory requirements
• Fire protection (SBA) and electrical safety responsibility
• Collaboration with colleagues and suppliers to ensure that work is carried out according to agreements and schedules
• Responsibility for costs related to central systems and properties

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding and knowledge of technical property management. A background in electrical and/or HVAC installations is advantageous for this position, preferably from the industry. You have an excellent ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in your work.

You are a communicative person who can express yourself well both towards colleagues and suppliers. You appreciate a varied workday where you can combine administrative tasks with operational work in the business.
